Kollywood goes sunny side up

The audio of the bi-lingual Tamil–Telugu film Ilavattam was released in the city recently. The film stars Navdeep and child artiste-turned-heroine Sheela in the lead.

It seemed that almost everyone who had come for the audio release stars and the technicians have taken to bright and colourful summer wear to beat the heat.

While Navdeep was sporting a casual orange and white checked shirt, actor Ramesh settled for a bright orangish-red tee and beige chinos. Even director Vishnuvardhan was wearing a smart blue tee, jeans and Adidas flip flops. Sheela’s stark white trousers looked cool and comfortable enough to sleep in and French Connection United Kingdom (FCUK) seemed to be another popular brand.

Producer R.B. Choudary released the first sets of CDs and cassettes and the younger stars Navdeep, Sheela, Ramesh, Nandha, Vishnuvardhan and Raja Rajan received them.
